Course Details
This course describes the fundamentals of Computers and Information Technology and Disk Operating System (DOS). The completion of this course will enable the learners to understand about the computer, its history, components, characteristics, strengths, weaknesses, types and generations. It also describes the personal computer, PC motherboard and expansion slot, input and output system of computer and storage devices. Apart from these the course also deals with system software, application software, operating system techniques and its function, programming languages, software tools, utilities and file systems. Computer systems are now relied on for a broad spectrum of duties, manufacturing, inventory control and marketing.
